Community Award Scheme

Johnstone Credit Union Community Award Scheme has been created to help community organisations in Renfrewshire.

Groups can apply for a maximum of £250 and it must be used for an activity that will benefit the local community.

Who can apply

  • Organisations must be situated within Johstone Credit Union's common bond(Renfrewshire) and only one application will be considered per organisation.
  • Applicants must have a constitution and hold a bank account in the name of the organisation.  A copy of the bank statement and constitution must be attached to the application.
  • Organisations who have been successful cannot re-apply for 2 years.
  • Applications will not be considered for ongoing costs.

Deadline for submitting applications is 31 August 2017

Previous successful applicants include Johnstone Adopt a Station, a local guides group, a kids club and Bield housing.
