Community Award Scheme

Johnstone Credit Union Community Award Scheme has been created to help community organisations in Renfrewshire.

Groups can apply for a maximum of £250 and it must be used for an activity that will benefit the local community.

Who can apply

Organisations must be situated within Johstone Credit Union's common bond(Renfrewshire) and only one application will be considered per organisation.
Applicants must have a constitution and hold a bank account in the name of the organisation. A copy of the bank statement and constitution must be attached to the application.
Organisations who have been successful cannot re-apply for 2 years.
Applications will not be considered for ongoing costs.

Deadline for submitting applications is 31 August 2017

Previous successful applicants include Johnstone Adopt a Station, a local guides group, a kids club and Bield housing.
