Coronavirus Update
For the safety of our members, volunteers and staff we have now taken the decision to close our office to the public.
All services will be available online at www.johnstonecu.co.uk.
You can contact us by email at enquiries@johnstonecu.co.uk or by telephone on 01505 327148. Staff will be available to help you out during the hours of 9.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Thursday and till 3.00pm on Friday.
Share withdrawal requests received before 1pm will be processed on the same day otherwise on the next available working day.
If you apply for a loan you will be advised the following day of the decision via your online account, email or telephone.
If you are not already registered for online access you can do this by going to our webpage above and clicking on the login button (if you are doing this on a mobile phone you must change to desktop view).
You can pay in by Debit Card over the telephone or via your online banking Sorting Code 60-83-01, Account No. 20264868 quoting your membership number as a reference.
